If you receive an email from us telling you that your package is in Troubleshooting, this means that we were not able to fully process a package that we received and believe belongs to you. Your package will not ship until any questions we had regarding the package are resolved. Some of the reasons why a package may be put into troubleshooting include:

· There was no account number listed on the package, and we are not sure who the package belongs to.

· There were no orders listed under your account for us to receive the package in under.

· The contents of the package or quantity of items we received did not match what was listed.

· The tracking number provided did not match the tracking number we received.

If your package goes into troubleshooting you should be sure to update your account as soon as possible with the missing information or contact Customer Service. We will regularly check all the troubleshoot packages so that we can process them as soon as the missing information is provided. Please also remember that if your package does go to troubleshooting, you will not be eligible to receive all of the package handling discounts that we currently offer. If packages remain in our Troubleshoot area for more than 30 days, per our Terms and Conditions, your package will be classified as abandoned and will become the property of USA2Everywhere.

If  you are not sure what items are in the package, you can view the details about the package in the Manage Packages page in your account.  At the top of the page your package will be listed in the Incomplete packages section and will show the tracking number and details of the contents of the package for you.
