When you register with us as a member, our system creates an account that contains your name, user name, password, and address information. Only you have access to this private information. Simply log in at our home page using the box in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Enter your username (always the email address you used to create your account) and your password, and you will be taken to My Account Home Page where you can view all of your shipments, create new ones, track a shipment, and edit your account information. If you forget your password, click the Forgot username or password link in the Login box on the home page, and you will receive an automated email containing password information. You may change your log in password by going to the Edit My Account Information link on the My Account Home Page. If you would like to change your name, phone number or email address, you should contact Customer Service.


We encourage you to only open one account as multiple accounts may lead to orders being entered under the wrong account number and delay your package delivery. The account holder and/or spouse should be the only one using an account for security reasons. Do not share your account with friends or co-workers. Merchants sometimes call us to verify accounts. If the name of the person placing the order with the merchant does not match the name in our database, merchants may not want to process your order and the package may be flagged as fraudulent. Since it is free and easy to set up an account, friends and other family members should set up their own account to use our service. If you have a duplicate account and would like to close one of them, please make the request through our Customer Service Help Desk.
