The USA2 program provides you with the option to pick up your package at our local Philippines office instead of having it delivered to your home. If you would prefer to pick up your package, you would select the “Will Call” option as your Preferred Delivery Option when you create a new order.
You will receive an automatic email from us once your package has shipped and is available for pick up. You can also follow the status of your package in the “Shipments” section of the “Account Information” page.

When you arrive to pick up your package, you will be required to provide a valid form of identification (such as local ID card, driver's license, or passport) in order to pick up your packages. If you are having another person pick up your items, that person must present a signed 3rd Party Authorization Letter, a valid form of identification, and a copy of your valid identification.
