USA2Everywhere Shopping Service Terms and Conditions
By submitting a Shopping Quote Request under the USA2Everywhere Shopping Service Program, all USA2Everywhere Customers agree to the following terms and conditions of use:
1. The USA2Everywhere Shopping Service includes purchasing goods from online retailers on behalf of the Customer.
2. In addition to the cost of the goods purchased (including shipping charges to the USA2Everywhere Warehouse and any applicable taxes), customers will be charged a Shopping Service Fee equivalent to 10% of the value of the items purchased (excluding shipping and taxes) or a minimum of $15 USD (whichever is greater).
3. The maximum overall value for items purchased under the Shopping Service shall be no more than $2000 USD per shopping request.
4. All sales made under the USA2Everywhere Shopping Service are final once payment of the shopping invoice is made. If a customer requests to cancel a Shopping Service order after final payment has been made but before the order has shipped to the local market, the return will only be allowed at the discretion of USA2Everywhere and dependent on the merchant’s return policy. Cancellations that are allowed will be assessed a restocking fee and a credit will be given either in the form of a refund to the credit card used or credit on a future USA2Everywhere transaction if the items were paid by PayPal or cash.
5. No returns are allowed once the items have shipped from the USA2Everwhere warehouse to the local country unless USA2Everywhere purchases an item that does not match the quotation provided to the customer. If it is determined that the wrong item was shipped/ purchased, USA2Everywhere will either replace the item or refund the shipping and purchase costs in the form of a credit card refund or credit on a future USA2Everywhere transaction if paid by PayPal or cash. If the merchant sends the wrong item but USA2Everywhere placed the order for the correct item, USA2Everywhere would not be responsible for additional charges to return or replace the item(s).
6. The USA2Everywhere Shopping Service is only designed for the purchase of goods. It cannot be used to purchase services or to make payments. Examples of the types of items which we will not purchase include subscriptions, electronic downloads, gift cards, etcetera.
7. USA2Everywhere is not responsible for the quality of the items purchased under the Shopping Service when the items match the specifications quoted to the customer.
8. USA2Everywhere Shopping Service customers must complete payment (“Accept”) for shopping requests within the timeframe indicated on the final quotation. Quotations that have not been accepted via payment within the required time limit will automatically be cancelled and must be resubmitted for future purchase.
9. USA2Everywhere will not purchase items that are considered illegal in the destination country or that are included on the Restricted Items list published on the USA2Everywhere website.
10. All shopping requests made through the USA2Everywhere Shopping Service will be sent to the designated USA2Everywhere warehouse and shipped to the local country via the USA2Everywhere Shipping Service.
11. All shopping requests should be for personal use items only. Requests to purchase items deemed to be for commercial resale will not be accepted.
12. USA2Everywhere will not purchase items offered via online auctions where bidding is required or Craigslist. However, customers may request that we purchase an auction item offered with a “Buy-It Now” option. If the item is no longer available at the time of purchase then the quote may be cancelled.
13. USA2Everywhere reserves the right to purchase the quoted item from the merchant of its choice, except in the case of one-of-a-kind items.
14. Prices may change between the time USA2Everywhere provides a Shopping Quotation and when the customer pays the Shopping Invoice and the item can be purchased. USA2Everywhere will assume all minimal price change risk, meaning that USA2Everywhere will not charge the customer more if prices increase and no credit will be issued if the price of the items declines. For significant price changes customers will be advised of the difference and will be given the opportunity to cover the difference or cancel their order.
15. Special bonus or discount programs offered by specific online merchants will not be applicable to orders placed via the USA2Everywhere Shopping Service.
16. The shopping quotation does not include shipping charges from the U.S. warehouse to the local country. This will be invoiced separately once the items ship from the U.S. warehouse.
17. USA2Everywhere will be responsible for creating the shipment details in the customer’s account as part of the Shopping Service. All customers using the Shopping Service will be entitled to receive the $2.50 discount for entering shipment description and value information in advance. However, USA2Everywhere cannot guarantee that Shopping Service customers will receive the $2.50 advance tracking information discount as not all merchants may supply tracking numbers prior to the arrival of packages to the U.S. Warehouse.
18. USA2Everywhere will not be responsible for the delivery time from the merchant to the U.S. warehouse. Customers requiring expedited delivery should request this at the time of shopping request.
19. USA2Everywhere will not be responsible for additional charges that may result from merchants shipping customer orders in multiple shipments.
20. Any questions regarding a Shopping Service Request should be submitted in writing to the USA2Everywhere Help Desk or by calling the local USA2Everywhere office.
21. All Shopping Service packages are also subject to the standard USA2Everywhere Program Terms and Conditions.
22. These Terms and Conditions may be updated and modified at the sole discretion of USA2Everywhere. When such updates are made, customers will be advised via email or the USA2Everywhere website.
