When USA2Everywhere receives items that are restricted from shipping, we notify the customer and provide 3 options:


1) Request a prepaid return label from the merchant and forward it to us (we will return the item to the merchant).
2) Instruct us to discard the item (this may be preferred if the value of the item is low and your merchant will not provide a prepaid return label).
3) Provide us with a US address and request that we ship the item (this can be the merchant return address). We will ship the item using USPS and bill you for the charges. Once we have received payment, we will release the package for shipment.


Every Tuesday and Friday, USA2Everywhere will generate invoices for those customers who have provided addresses for us to return or forward their restricted item packages to. Once the invoice is paid we will ship your package out and email you the corresponding tracking number.


In order for us to process these packages efficiently for you, please provide us direction as to what you would like us to do with your restricted items by 11:00 a.m. Monday or Friday.
