HOLD SERVICE

USA2Everywhere offers an optional hold service to customers who would like to have more control over when their packages ship. This service is beneficial to customers who would like to ensure that they are shipping enough packages to avoid the minimum charge effects as well as those who want to meet duty/tax free limitations in their country.

· There is a fee of $4.00/package if you choose to use the Hold Service.

· You will indicate whether you would like to use the Hold Service at the time you create your order/shipment in your account. You can edit your order/shipment, including your option to use the Hold Service, up until we have received in your package.

· Your packages will show up on your Manage Packages page on our website. From that page you can assign your packages to ship in the next or second next shipment scheduled to leave for your country.

· We close each shipment at 7:00 am (Central Standard Time) on the day of the shipment. After that time you are not able to move packages in or out of that shipment. You would need to assign any new packages to the following scheduled shipment.

· Packages will be held for up to 30 days. If you have not assigned your package to a shipment within that period, your package will automatically be assigned to the next available shipment after the 30 calendar days have passed.

· Once we have received your package under the Hold Service, requests to remove the package from the Hold Service will not be honored. You would simply assign your package to the next scheduled shipment.

Please be sure to review the training document attached to this article for further information about the Hold Service and the new Manage Packages page.

Whether you choose to use the Hold Service or not, we highly recommend that customers enter their merchant order information according to how the merchant ships the merchandise to us rather than by the order you placed. For example, if a merchant divides your order into two packages (each with a different tracking number) you would enter two separate shipments into your USA2Everywhere account rather than one. You can simply add an –A and –B to the merchant order number. Amazon oftentimes combines items from two or more orders in the same package. In this case you would also enter a shipment per what Amazon shipped in each of the packages sent to our warehouse. Therefore, for the merchant order number you may have 2 numbers together (example, 104-122222-89893489/102-898989-8989898). By entering your orders this way you will have more accurate tracking information on our website and you will have more flexibility if you desire to use our Hold Service.
