It's important that after you have purchased online that you enter your order information in your account, by logging into your account home page and choosing [create new shipment].
Enter the description of your package, the merchant and order number, where you want it delivered, value per item and number of items.
You now have three choices:
- Do you want your items to be repackaged so that they are smaller and less expensive to ship?
- Do you wish to have the items delivered immediately or if you want them to be held for consolidation with other items that may deliver at another time. (if all items arrive in the same week we will automatically consolidate)
- Do you want insurance so that in the unlikely event of loss or damage you can be repaid fully?
